Est. 2026 • Remote, Serving the United States
Accounting You Can Actually Understand
Esti works with small business owners across the United States month by month, closing the books, handling payroll and sales tax, and preparing S-corp, partnership and individual returns. As an Enrolled Agent, she can represent clients before the IRS. Every number gets explained in ordinary words.
Our Story
Who is behind EEN Accounting and Tax Resolution?
EEN Accounting and Tax Resolution LLC is run by Esti, an Enrolled Agent who works with small business owners every month rather than only at tax time. The practice is remote, serves clients across the United States, and covers bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax, business and individual returns, and IRS representation.
The practice was founded in 2026 around a steady monthly routine: close the month, reconcile bank, credit card, sales and payroll accounts, then go through with the owner what the business actually earned, spent, owes, and has available in cash.
That monthly review leaves time to plan for taxes before the year closes instead of reporting the result in April. Esti prepares S-corporation, partnership and individual returns using the same numbers reviewed all year.
As an Enrolled Agent, Esti has federal representation rights and can step in when an IRS or state notice arrives, including cases with unfiled returns or several years to catch up. Esti is a member of the NAEA and the Worldwide Women's Association.
Esti closes and explains your numbers every month, and as an Enrolled Agent she can represent clients before the IRS where that federal authority applies.
What sets us apart
Why small-business owners work with Esti
-
Monthly, not just at tax time
Most accountants see clients once a year. Esti closes and reviews your books every month, so you know what the business earned, spent, owes, and has available in cash.
-
Do you explain the numbers?
Yes. Every month includes a walkthrough of your financial statements in ordinary words, after bank, credit card, sales, and payroll accounts are reconciled.
-
Planning ahead for the tax bill
Your monthly numbers feed the tax planning, so year-end is not a surprise in April. S-corporation, partnership, and individual returns are prepared here as well.
-
Enrolled Agent representation
Esti is an Enrolled Agent, an IRS-authorized tax professional with federal representation rights, and can step in for clients where EA authority applies when a notice arrives.
-
Messy books are a normal starting point
Unfiled returns and years of unreconciled accounts come up often. We review where things stand with you and build a plan to get current.
Our Journey
How EEN Accounting and Tax Resolution Got Here

Monthly accounting becomes the core service
Rather than meeting clients once a year, Esti built the practice around month-end closes: bank, credit card, sales and payroll reconciliations, then a plain-language walkthrough of what the statements show.
-
2026
Enrolled Agent representation added for notices
As an Enrolled Agent, Esti holds federal representation rights and can step in where EA authority applies when an IRS or state notice arrives, including situations involving unfiled returns.

Founder • Enrolled Agent
Small business owners make better decisions when someone explains the monthly numbers in ordinary words, not accounting terms.
I founded EEN Accounting and Tax Resolution to work with small business owners every month, not only at tax time. Each month I close and reconcile bank, credit card, sales and payroll activity, then walk through the statements so you know what the business earned, spent, owes and has available in cash.
I also prepare S-corp, partnership and individual returns, handle payroll and sales tax, and use your monthly numbers to plan ahead for the year-end bill. As an Enrolled Agent, I can represent clients before the IRS where that authority applies, including notices and past unfiled returns.
