Which services are available to remote clients?
Everything this practice offers is delivered remotely: month-end accounting, payroll tax and sales tax filings, S-corporation, partnership and individual tax returns, and representation on IRS or state notices where Enrolled Agent authority applies. There is no office waiting room and no travel. Work happens over Zoom and secure document exchange, with screen sharing so you and Esti are looking at the same statement while you talk it through.
Remote clients get the same monthly rhythm as anyone else. Each month closes, the statements get reviewed, and then Esti walks you through what the numbers say in ordinary words. Budgeting and forecasting are not part of the monthly accounting package, so the review stays focused on what your business actually earned, spent, owes and has available in cash.
Month-End Accounting
The monthly close covers bank, credit card, sales and payroll reconciliation, then a review of the financial statements with the owner. A typical month runs about 5 to 10 hours of work, depending on account volume and how the records arrive. The point of the review call is that you finish it knowing what changed since last month and why.
Payroll tax, sales tax and returns
Payroll tax and sales tax filings are handled alongside the monthly books, which keeps the filings tied to numbers that have already been reconciled. Tax returns are prepared and completed for S-corporations, partnerships and individuals. Because the books are current all year, return season becomes a review of information you have already seen rather than a scramble for records.
IRS and state notices
If a notice arrives from the IRS or a state agency, send it over and Esti will read it with you: what it is asking for, what the deadline is, and what your options are. As an Enrolled Agent, Esti holds federal representation rights and can step in and represent clients where that authority applies. Notices should not be set aside, because most of them carry response dates.
